Booth/Food Truck Information

Please describe the type of booth/food truck you will have at Niagara VegFest, including any items that will be sold or samples that will be given away.
Any vendor or exhibitor who is planning to have food at Niagara VegFest (sale or sample) must comply with the Niagara Region Public Health standards. If you answer "yes" above, we will be in touch via email with further details.
Because you require hydro at your booth/food truck, what will you be using it for? (please be as specific as possible)

Terms and Conditions

  1. The organizers of Niagara VegFest reserve the right to decline any vendor/exhibitor application that they feel does not fit the purpose or spirit of the festival.
  2. Proof of insurance is required for all exhibitors/vendors.
  3. Exhibitor/vendor hall is located at 91 King St. in St. Catharines. Prior to June 4th, you will be provided with a set up time. All exhibitors/vendors must be ready by the festival opening time (11am).
  4. Exhibitors/vendors agree to have their booth staffed throughout the festival (11am-6pm) and that booths will not be torn down until the festival is over at 6pm.
  5. Exhibitors are responsible for packing up and tearing down their own display in a timely manner after the festival ends at 6pm. Any materials left behind after the festival will be disposed of.
  6. Any products sold, displayed, or given away at Niagara VegFest must be 100% vegan. (no animal products of any kind
  7. Food vendors must comply with Niagara Region Public Health regulations. Information about these regulations will be provided via email upon confirmation of registration. 
  8. Vendors and exhibitors are responsible for bringing all items that are required for their booth, including (but not limited to): chairs, signs, extension cords, table coverings, promotional materials, a cash float, pens, tape and other stationary items. 
  9. Refunds for vendors are limited according to the following schedule: 75% refund available on or before February 14, 2017. 50% refund available on or before May 1, 2017. Cancellations after May 1, 2017 are non-refundable.
  10. Product exclusivity is only available to event sponsors only and only under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you are interested in sponsorship opportunities. 
  11. Payment required to complete registration.
