Ellie Donohue-Miller is an animal liberation activist and professional counselor. In 2016, Ellie launched the Animal Activist Support Line, a 24/7 free, anonymous, and confidential service offering text, email, and online chat support to animal rights activists. The project was founded to help activists avoid and overcome burnout and to reduce recidivism among vegetarians/vegans.

Susie Coston has been Farm Sanctuary’s National Shelter Director since 2000. As a committed farm animal caregiver for more than a decade, Susie has been a mentor for many of her peers (who have started their own sanctuaries throughout the U.S.) and is well-known for bringing the animals’ stories of love, loss and life to the public.

JL Fields is the founder and culinary director of the Colorado Springs Vegan Cooking Academy. She is a vegan lifestyle coach & educator, Food for Life instructor, and a chef instructor in the culinary program at the University of New Mexico-Taos. JL is the author of The Vegan Air Fryer: The Healthier Way to Enjoy Deep-Fried Flavors and Vegan Pressure Cooking: Delicious Beans, Grains, and One-Pot Meals in Minutes. She is the co-author of Vegan for Her: The Woman’s Guide to Being Healthy and Fit on a Plant-Based Diet. JL produces and hosts the weekly radio program Easy Vegan and writes the monthly vegan dining review for the Colorado Springs Gazette. She writes and broadcasts from Colorado Springs where she lives with her husband Dave and their rescued cat Oliver.

Sharon Mann, internationally renowned fitness expert and presenter, was awarded “Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year” in 2001. As host and co-producer of “In Shape with Sharon Mann” and “Sharon Mann’s Bodytech”. Her DVD titled “The Works With Sharon Mann” had the prestige of being the US home shopping channels number one selling Workout DVD.
While living what She thought was healthy lifestyle, Sharon was diagnosed with breast cancer in Nov. 2015. This was a wake up call that things needed to change, and began a journey of discovery. Since then, Sharon has dived into the healing power of plant-based foods, a positive mindset, alternative therapies, managing stress, and truly loving yourself and embracing healthy mindful living. With this lifestyle, she is happy to share that scans are clear, blood work is good and health has never been better.
